Linlix is built to be simple and respectful with your information. This statement explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: email address and basic account settings (e.g., timezone, units).
• Athlete inputs: optional training reference values you provide (e.g., FTP, threshold pace, CSS) and a target race date.
• Connected account data: if you connect Garmin, we access completed activity information needed to review workouts.

Garmin data access

When you connect Garmin, Linlix requests access to read your completed activities and associated details required to generate session summaries. You can disconnect Garmin at any time from within your account (and/or your Garmin settings).

How we use your data

• To provide workout summaries and training insights inside Linlix.
• To maintain and improve reliability (e.g., sync status, error logging).
• To respond to support requests.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not run advertising based on your workout data.
• We do not share your training data publicly.

Sharing

We may use trusted service providers to host our systems and store data securely. These providers are only allowed to process data to deliver the Linlix service and must protect it.

Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to operate Linlix and provide you with access to your account and workout history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we aim to minimize risk and exposure.

Your choices

• Access and correction: you can update your profile information in Linlix.
• Disconnect: you can disconnect Garmin at any time.
• Deletion: you can request account deletion by contacting us.
